I know it’s not much but still, I would like to celebrate it.
Yeah, I know it’s nothing compared to ebay or facebook or whatever, but still, it’s nice to know that there are at least 1000 unique people who viewed my blog in around 4 months. And from around 30 countries! WOW! I am just happy, please allow me to be happy.

I’ve started another blog – Customer Service Wow! or Not!?
I started this blog to create a venue where people who are frustrated with the services of the different businesses (the NOT!) here in the Philippines can air out their complaints. I will post my own experiences from time to time, but anyone who has something to say is welcome to send me an email at customerWOW@greenminds.net.
This blog will also feature business who are going the extra mile (or even just an extra step) for their customers – the WOW!
I hope that the businesses to be featured in this blog will see this as an opportunity to improve their customer service.
